Book chauffeur journeys at least 4 hours before pickup for standard rates. When plans change at the last minute, we still answer: short-notice journeys are accepted whenever a vehicle and chauffeur are available, with a short-notice surcharge that rises the closer the pickup is.

How far ahead should I book?
For chauffeur journeys, at least 4 hours before pickup for standard rates. Need us sooner? Ask anyway: we take short-notice and urgent journeys when a vehicle and chauffeur are available, and a short-notice surcharge applies, rising the closer the pickup is.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (EFT). A 40% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due before travel unless agreed otherwise on your quote. Paying in full upfront is welcome.
What if my flight is delayed?
Share your flight number when you book. We check your arrival time before pickup and adjust. Included waiting time is stated on your quote.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. The change and cancellation terms for your journey are written on your quote before you accept it, so you know exactly where you stand.
Do you fly the helicopters yourselves?
No. Flights are operated by licensed, insured charter operators. We arrange the operator, check the landing sites, organise ground transfers at both ends and plan a road alternative. The pilot always has the final say on weather and safety.
How is a helicopter flight priced?
Per flight. The price depends on the pickup and landing sites, how safe and accessible they are, the distance and destination, and the weather on the day. Send us the route and we will come back with a quote.
Which areas do you cover?
Chauffeur services are based in Gauteng and cover Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria, OR Tambo International, Lanseria. Helicopter charters cover the whole of South Africa, including game reserves and rural areas; boat trips run along the coast; and our travel department plans trips locally and abroad.
